Explore the Paarl Valley
Set against the magnificent Du Toitskloof Mountain Range, our trail rides are led by experienced and qualified guides. All our trail rides start on the beautiful Rhebokskloof wine farm and lead into the surrounding Paarl Valley Nature Reserve. You’re treated to breathtaking views of one of the world’s natural wonders, Table Mountain to the south, and beautiful sights of the Swartberg farm to the west.
Wine tasting on Horseback
We offer our guests a highly unique opportunity to experience the beautiful wine valley of Cape Town on horseback. Come taste some of this region’s most prestigious wines while journeying through the vineyards of Reebhokskloof and beyond. We have two highly unique horse trails with wine tasting options available.
About horse riding
We have various well-schooled horses perfect for both beginners and advanced riders. Different levels of skill in a singular group are welcome, riders with similar riding experiences are grouped together, and each group will do parts of the trail with their own guide. Throughout the ride, we will journey alongside a variety of tractor routes, mountain climbs, and open areas for a good canter. The mountain areas offer breathtaking views so it is recommended to take the 2-hour ride to get to the top of Paarl Mountain for the best possible view.
