Our 1 hour quad tour was great. First we got a detailed safety briefing and than the tour started. The bikes were powerfull and automatic. The route was super scenic with some technical manoeuvring.
Michelle, Gavin and their team were super friendly and there is always plenty of laughter. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone wanting to drive a quad bike in the winelands.

Chantelle, our guide, was awesome and very knowledgeable on the surroundings (plants, animals).
From our time we arrived, we were welcomed and taken care of. There was also no doubt that the animals on the farm are well taken care of, which was great to see. I hope to visit soon again.

Horse trails – 1,5 hour Trail review

We had a delightful and informative 1.5 hour trek with owner and niece. The horses were excellent choice as they were very steady and very friendly as we had never done horse riding before. The safety was paramount for the owner and instructed us well before and during the ride which made us relaxed and confident for our first ride. Lots of info on the area as we travelled around the area.

Would certainly 100% recommend this experience no matter what level you ride at as their are lots of horses for trhe owner to choose for you depending on experience.

Absolutely fantastic. With visitors from the UK, we enjoyed two separate visits with my daughters and granddaughter. The venue changed between the two visits so we were able to enjoy two quite different experiences. The staff was very competent and friendly, I’m already planning my next trip with my Remaining daughter and grandchildren. We received a full safety brief before travelling out through the vineyards and hillsides, the scenery was stunning. All in all an excellent adventure and highly recommended.

We took part in the Quad Biking as a family of four in Paarl…. My 15 year old drove his own bike and my 12 yr old rode with the Guide
We all had a fantastic time. The guides gave a good safety talk and were really helpful and friendly. They even took pics for us.
Quad biking around the vineyard was fabulous with beautiful views.
We then had a delicious lunch at the restaurant.

We have ridden with some cowboy operators but this was a perfectly organised, beautifully controlled ride in a spectacular setting. Having had a fall earlier in the year I was still feeling a little nervous, but Michelle is so calm and matched my daughter and me with perfect ponies, which made for a wonderful experience. We had some time to get to know our ponies and then there were various options to canter or gallop as desired. Michelle was so encouraging and gave me some amazing tips to improve my riding. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Marne gave our daughter the best ride of her life(her words) and Pigeon was a great babysitter for Mum and Dad who are not so comfortable on horseback. Two hour Quad Trail review

Wine Valley Adventures 2 Hour Quad Bike tour was both interesting and a whole lot of fun. We booked as a family of 6 adults ranging from absolutely no previous experience to just a bit of experience.

Seeing the fun in the faces of the family as we went through both scenic, and in some places mildly challenging tracks, was just magic. The family all raved about their experience afterwards.

The Wine Valley Adventures team are down to earth people. They made sure we were never stuck, or lost and that we all had fun. They were just great and helped to make the experience all and more than we expected.

I have no hesitation in recommending this experience. It was just awesome.

We had the most incredible quad biking experience ever. My sons and I have never been quad biking before and I stumbled upon the Quad trail by accident on Instagram and was so pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was. The farm was amazing, set in the most beautiful part of the world…Gavin was so friendly and warm and gave a thorough run down of instructions. We felt safe and enjoyed every bit of our hour long quad trail. The bikes were well maintained and so easy to maneuver. A truly unforgetting experience and very very highly recommended. We will definitely be visiting your farm again when we are in Cape Town.

As I am a western rider, I had some troubles with the african saddle.

Although your fees are high (R575) compare to similar services in the Drakensberge we have used recently (R200), we have thoroughly enjoyed it, and I must say your horses are of a better quality/breed. The guides were professional but funny as well. When we are in Wellington/Paarl again, we will definitely come for horse-back riding and even quad biking again.

My son wanted to do horseriding for his 12th birthday and we were referred to Michelle and her team.

The horses are so well trained, the team experienced and the location second to none.

What an excellent outing! The gentle professionalism of both horses and guides, coupled with the beautiful Rhebokskloof environment, made the ride a highlight for my kids. Two of the youngsters had never been “solo” on horseback and by the end of the hour, carefully watched and kindly coached by Michelle and her team, they were riding off the leads on some of the most well trained horses I have encountered. Rhebokskloof is a stunning location. I took two ladies there for the quad bike trail and they absolutely loved it. I was a bit bored with the slow pace of it all, but it was not about me. I went quad-biking with a friend who was on holiday from England. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff at the farm are lovely and our guide was a very kind, helpful and experienced man. The setting was gorgeous and although this was our first time, we left having found out that quad-biking is fantastic fun.

Myself and two sons aged 14 and 10 enjoyed a fabulous hour in the vineyards with amazing views across the valley. The welcome, equipment and tuition were all super. I found some of the turns challenging which was very exciting and the boys loved the long stretches when they could get some speed. We will go back and can highly recommend it.

I had always wanted to do trail riding in Cape Town, and a friend recommended Wine Valley Adventures. I am so glad that I earmarked time to get there as I had an amazing view riding a wonderful trail that gave me a panoramic glimpse of the valley. Michelle and her staff at the stables were amazing. They make sure you are comfortable and do their best to match the rider with the mount. She always made sure of safety first and that we did not compromise on it. The best thing was we trotted and cantered and saw so much that the experience will leave a lasting impression on me. I would definitely want to come back for more riding. As for the drive from the city? Well it is worth it!

Our family spent an hour together on horseback with Winelands Adventures. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful, professional, wholesome and educational. Our family of five was looking to have some fun riding around on quad bikes while visiting Cape Town. Luckily for us, we found the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views of wine country. We started at a farm setting and received our instructions and were off in no time. The guides are knowledgeable and keep an eye on the party to avoid any problems. The course took us on trails up the hills of the winery and even through a canopy of grape vines. The views were amazing and the experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily go back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Two hour Quad Trail review

Even though I have done Quad Biking quite a few times. This was different again.

This is more about accessing areas that are difficult to get too, and at a more sedate pace. You may not get the excitement of going fast, but the views more than make up for that. Also because it is in the Vineyards by going to fast you would create so much dust it would cover the Grapes and make it extremely uncomfortable for the people behind.

I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed it.

As horse lovers from Ireland, and having ridden on horse trails all over the world, myself and my two teenage sons had quite simply the most enjoyable experience ever ! On our early arrival, we experienced a warm ,genuine horsey welcome from Michelle ,swapping photos of family horses and exchanging invitations to come to Ireland to ride and us promising to return , we then met our superbly informative and entertaining horse whisperer himself, Kevin and then our wonderful, honest and lively mounts . Riding through magical winelands in the hot morning sunshine, hearing the tales of horsemanship, the histories of the horses and involvement in the myriad aspects of the equine industry and then experiencing the exhilaration of what Kevin aptly described as a ” charge “, we in Ireland would call it “a heart in your mouth gallop” was superb and the highlight of our 4 week trip. Thank you Michelle, Kevin , team and absolutely our horses especially Taj !Counting the days till our return, . Roisin, Emmet and Eoin.

Perfect day for our group of 10, ages ranging from 10 to 80!

Excellent knowledgeable hosts who were very easy going with able assistants including their two dogs who joined us on the journey.

Not an adrenalin rush activity but despite this, for the more adventurous of us, it was still fun with a few tricky and difficult maneuvers required.

Perfect outing for our diverse family and great view from the top.
