Duration
2h Trail Ride & Dinner with 30min Safety Briefing
Additional Guests/Friends:
Friends and family are welcome to spend time at Lust Bistro & Bakery.
The venue is open for early breakfast, lunch, tapas and everything in between. The food at this Franschhoek Winelands restaurant is honest, abundant and delicious with an emphasis on simplicity and seasonal ingredients. It also pairs magnificently with our finest wines.
Notes:
Any riders arriving late will forfeit time out of their booking. A minimum of 2 riders is required for a ride to go out. Group size limited to 15 riders. For larger parties, please contact us so we can accommodate your needs. No under 8’s on horses. This service is weather dependent. All of our trails are led by experienced guides, ensuring a safe and memorable experience. We are conscious about the environment, we respect nature and adhere to strict operating guidelines to protect the amazing space we operate in.
We do not allow any rider over 95kg on a horse, or any rider over 110kg on a quad bike, and reserve the right to put a rider on a scale should we feel that they are over the weight limit. If you are over the weight limit when making the booking you will not be liable for a refund.
The Horse Drawn Carriage is a great option for persons over 100kg, but we do need to be notified in advance to ensure there is space on our carriage.
All riders are required to wear a helmet. Helmets are tight fitting and excessive wigs or extensions often cause the helmets to not fit properly. We therefore request that all riders please have their hair in a sensible hairstyle when coming for their activities as no-one will be allowed out without a helmet.
Participants will not be allowed to take part in any activity if any of the following are not adhered to:
- I warrant that I’m free of any drugs and / or alcohol.
- Indemnity forms must be completed with the same particulars as per ID or passport document.
- Valid ID, Passport, or driver’s license must be supplied on arrival.
- No bad behavior or foul language will be tolerated.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before Arrival – Please make sure all riders have read and signed the indemnity forms sent in the confirmation email. Nobody will be allowed on a trail without one.
